Travel Visa Information

Conference attendees from outside the United States are urged to begin their visa application process as soon as possible. The waiting time can be long and varies from country to country.

Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA)

• ESTA is now MANDATORY for Visa Waiver Program (VWP) travelers who are nationals of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Republic of Korea, and the Slovak Republic. Effective January 12, 2009, all VWP travelers are required to obtain an authorization via ESTA before traveling to the United States.
