Paper Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts must be limited to 20 pages in length including references and figures. The paper must be formatted using 11pt font or bigger, in double spacing. Margins must be no smaller than 1 inch and the page must be set to letter size. A pdf file should be prepared for uploading.

The paper must adhere to the page limit to be accepted by the submission website. Papers that do not satisty the additional guidelines will be reviewed at the program committee's discretion.

Accepted papers should be formatted into 8 pages in IEEE style - double column format. Use IEEE style files (official IEEE instructions). If you prefer to format your submission in the final format, please feel free to do so.

Final Paper Submission: August 9, 2004
Acceptance Notified: September 14, 2004
